We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked. If you are not satisfied, just email us and we will process your refund promptly.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You are a first-time subscriber (Pro or Team plan)
  • You submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of your initial payment

The 7-day guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to webservicenapit@gmail.com with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request"
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of your payment (optional but helpful)

We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day and initiate the refund immediately upon confirmation.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Processing times:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
  • Other payment methods: may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial payment
  • Renewal charges for ongoing subscriptions
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Free plan usage (no charge applies)

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation:

  • Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain full access to paid features until the period ends
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances occur. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, or if there is a billing error, please contact us. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
