1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are a first-time subscriber (Pro or Team plan)
- You submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of your initial payment

The 7-day guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to webservicenapit@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of your payment (optional but helpful)
We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day and initiate the refund immediately upon confirmation.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Processing times:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
- Other payment methods: may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial payment
- Renewal charges for ongoing subscriptions
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Free plan usage (no charge applies)
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation:
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to paid features until the period ends
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
